Accutemp E34403E120 (3) Pan Convection Steamer - Countertop, Boilerless, 440v/3ph

Accommodating three full-size food pans, the Accutemp E34403E120 countertop steamer has three wire racks. Due to their construction, air circulates around the gaps to heat food evenly, and because the racks are made of one piece, crumbs and food particles won't get stuck in any crevices. To facilitate cleaning, the racks are dishwasher safe, and the exterior is made of stainless steel, which can be wiped down after use. For additional strength, the heating element is made of cast aluminum.

The Accutemp E34403E120 convection steamer has cooking and holding modes. For quick cooking, it utilizes Steam Vector Technology; this function operates without any moving parts, reducing maintenance needs. To steam food, this unit must be connected to a water and drain outlet, and after use, water can be removed with the front-located drain valve. The digital display on the front can be monitored for accuracy, and the temperature is adjustable via digital controls.
