Great for crowded environments, the Accutemp E34803E140 convection steamer fits on a countertop and takes up minimal space. Located on the front, the drain valve facilitates water removal. The unit's heating elements are made of cast aluminum for strength, and to withstand commercial use, the cavity is made of durable stainless steel. To facilitate maintenance, the racks can be removed and placed in the dishwasher for cleaning, and the Steam Vector Technology has no moving components.

The Accutemp E34803E140 countertop steamer has wire racks that enable uniform airflow. They accommodate three full-size pans of food, and during operation, the door can be opened to add ingredients or monitor the cooking process. The temperature can be adjusted with digital controls and monitored with a digital display located on the front. When the temperature gets too high or the water levels change, indicator lights will shine to alert employees.
