The AccuTemp E62083D100SGL Evolution® convection steamer is operated without a connection to a drain or intake valve; instead, it has its own 3-gallon water reservoir. The unit holds 6 pans measuring 12 inches by 20 inches by 1¹/₂ inches, and it features removable, dishwasher-safe racks. It features a heavy-duty, field-reversible door, and the interior space is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.

Operation of the AccuTemp E62083D100SGL connectionless convection steamer is managed using the digital controls and temperature display. Steam vector technology cooks food to desired temperature and humidity. The unit sits on a stainless steel frame with four casters.
