Inside, the unit's steamer cavity is made of durable stainless steel to withstand frequent exposure to moisture without rusting. Made of cast aluminum, the steamer's heating element is shielded from water, preventing corrosion.

The Accutemp E62083E080 countertop convection steamer can hold six pans measuring 12 inches long by 20 inches wide by 2¹/₂ inches deep. It offers dual cooking and holding modes, meaning users can prepare and store food in one unit to minimize handling. With indicator lights, the steamer notifies users when it's too hot, has too little water, or is overfilled with water. To enable multi-step cooking procedures, this steamer's door can be opened at any point in the cooking cycle, letting users make adjustments.
