To meet demand in medium-volume applications, the Accutemp E62301E070 countertop steamer can hold six pans of food measuring 20 inches long, 12 inches wide, and 2¹/₂ inches deep. During use, users can access food because the steamer's door doesn't lock while it's operating. To open from either side, this door is field reversible and designed to withstand heavy-duty use. Offering dual modes for cooking and holding, this steamer provides multifunctional performance.

To resist rust and corrosion, the Accutemp E62301E070 countertop steamer's interior cavity is made of type 304 stainless steel and its heating element is made of cast aluminum. Designed without a boiler, this steamer is simple to clean and operate, and it features a digital display panel for enhanced user control. If the machine becomes too hot or water levels get too low or too high, it has indicator lights that signal the machine's status to users. To ensure uniform cooking times across multiple batches of product, the steamer features a programmable timer.
