Useful for medium-volume cooking and holding applications, the Accutemp E62403D110 convection steamer is compact to fit comfortably atop a counter or equipment stand. It can hold six pans of food at once, provided the pans measure 20 inches long, 12 inches wide, and 2¹/₂ inches deep. To accommodate multi-step recipes, this unit's door can be opened while it operates, without shutting off the machine first. Field reversible, the door can be adjusted to open from either side, enabling it to blend with any workflow.

The Accutemp E62403D110 countertop convection steamer requires no water or drain lines for operation and has a 3-gallon reservoir to minimize refill requirements. Because the drain valve is front mounted, it's easy to access and streamlines water removal. Because it can cook and hold, users can prepare and store food without transferring it between pieces of equipment, reducing handling and labor. If the water gets too low or high, or the unit starts to overheat, its indicator lights reveal this status.
