For quick installation, the Accutemp E62403E110 convection steamer simplifies water and drain line connections. It's compact, enabling it to fit on top of counters, and can hold six pans of food at a time. Inside, its stainless steel cooking cavity enhances rust resistance, and it includes wire racks to provide support for food pans. After use, the one-piece racks can be placed in a dishwasher for cleaning.

Providing settings for cooking and holding applications, the Accutemp E62403E110 countertop convection steamer reduces the amount of equipment in the kitchen by combining two functions in one machine. Because food doesn't need to be removed from the steamer and placed in another unit for holding, the food is handled less, so employees are free to attend to other duties. Its digital control panel provides an easy-to-read display and precise control over settings.
