The Accutemp E62403E130 countertop steamer operates without a boiler, simplifying maintenance. It can be used to cook and hold food, enabling users to store prepared food safely until it's time for serving while preserving its temperature and texture. Built with a stainless steel steaming cavity, this unit holds up under heavy-duty use and resists rust and scratches. To facilitate uniform cooking times, it includes an independent, programmable timer with preset function.

The Accutemp E62403E130 countertop steamer has a field-reversible door that can open from either side to support any workflow. While the machine operates, users can open the door to add or remove food or adjust recipes. It can hold six pans of food with a maximum pan size of 12 inches by 20 inches, and it features one-piece pan racks that are removable and dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
