Accutemp E64403D120 Evolution™ (6) Pan Convection Steamer - Countertop, 440v/3ph

Designed to fit on counters and equipment stands, the Accutemp E64403D120 convection steamer is compact and can be installed in kitchens where space is at a premium. It provides both cooking and holding functions, eliminating the need for two pieces of equipment. Because it's connectionless, it doesn't require any plumbed water or drain lines to operate, so it can be setup in places where plumbing connections aren't available. It includes a 3-gallon reservoir to produce steam and features indicator lights to alert users if the water level gets too low or high, or the unit is overheating.

The Accutemp E64403D120 countertop convection steamer has a cast aluminum heating element to ensure quick, even cooking, and its steamer cavity is stainless steel to resist rust. It includes one-piece pan racks to support food pans during cooking; these racks are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. With a heavy-duty door that's field reversible, the unit can be setup to open from either side, enabling it to fit in with any floor plan.
