Accutemp E64803E140 Evolution® (6) Pan Convection Steamer - Countertop, 480v/3ph

The Accutemp E64803E140 convection steamer accommodates six pans as large as 12 inches by 20 inches and includes one-piece wire pan racks that are removable and can be washed in a dishmachine. Providing both cook and hold capability, this machine fulfils two applications in a single, compact piece of equipment. To streamline operation, it features a digital display, control panel, and a built-in timer with preset function.

The Accutemp E64803E140 countertop steamer has indicator lights to alert users whenever the unit's water gets too low or too high, or if it begins to overheat. With simplified water and drain line connections, it can be setup quickly, and its compact shape enables it to fit on top of counters to save space. To adjust recipes during cooking, the door can be opened while the machine is in use. To blend in with any floor plan, the door also is reversible and can be installed to open from either side.
