Suitable for use in high-volume settings, the Accutemp S32403D110 Steam'N'Hold boilerless steamer features a 14-gauge stainless steel steaming cavity and heavy-duty door. The door is field reversible and designed with a quick-release feature that enables users to open it during the cooking cycle. It's equipped with a light and buzzer to alert users of insufficient water levels, and it also has indicator lights for heating, cooking, and holding. This unit doesn't require connection to a drain or water line and is designed with a front-mounted drain valve.

The Accutemp S32403D110 boilerless steamer operates with vacuum technology that quickly and efficiently cooks product. It's designed with a 3-gallon water reservoir, and its heating element is not exposed to water to reduce the risk of rust or other damage. It's equipped with a power-on switch and a 90-minute timer. A compact countertop model, this unit measures 23.26 inches wide by 23.63 inches deep by 20.97 inches high.
