The Accutemp S34403D090 convection steamer is made of stainless steel to provide durability and rust resistance. It comes with a 3-gallon water reservoir, so it doesn't require a water or drain connection for operation. To prevent it from becoming damaged, the heating element is not exposed to water. When the water levels get low, a light will shine while a buzzer sounds to inform employees. To facilitate water removal, this unit has a front-mounted drain valve.

So it can cook a variety of foods, the Accutemp S34403D090 countertop steamer accommodates three full-size pans. It sits on a countertop, taking up minimal space in crowded environments. A power switch turns the unit on and off, and it has four operating modes: fast cook, steam, hold, and low temperature. The heavy-duty door is quick release, so it can be opened during the cooking cycle to monitor food or add ingredients.
