The Accutemp S62083D150 convection steamer has a heavy-duty door that can be opened during the cooking cycle, enabling users to monitor food or add ingredients. Its water reservoir holds 3 gallons, and when it gets low, lights and a buzzer will inform employees. For precise cooking, the timer can go as high as 90 minutes, and the unit operates with four modes: low temperature, steam, fast cook, and hold. Lights indicate which mode the steamer is set on to eliminate guesswork.

Holding six full-size food pans, the Accutemp S62083D150 countertop steamer measures 24 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 30 inches high. It sits on a countertop and requires no plumbing for operation. The front-mounted drain valve helps users remove water from the unit after use, and to prevent corrosion, the heating element is kept away from the water. This steamer is made of durable and rust-resistant stainless steel.
