Accutemp S62401D060 Steam'n'hold™ (6) Pan Convection Steamer - Countertop, 240v/1ph

Made of stainless steel, the Accutemp S62401D060 convection steamer is resistant to rust and durable enough for commercial use. To extend its service life, the heating element is kept away from water to prevent it from sustaining damage. It has four modes, which are low temperature, fast cook, holding, and steaming, and the active mode is indicated with lights. The quick-release door has a heavy-duty construction and can be opened during operation for monitoring.

The Accutemp S62401D060 countertop steamer measures 24 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 30 inches high. Streamlining the removal of water, it has a drain valve mounted in the front. Its reservoir holds 3 gallons of water, so it doesn't require plumbing for use. An on/off switch controls the unit's power, and its timer can be adjusted as high as 90 minutes. This unit accommodates six full-size food pans.
