Accutemp S64803D140 Steam'n'hold® (6) Pan Convection Steamer - Countertop, 480v/3ph

To help users remove water after cooking product, the Accutemp S64803D140 countertop steamer has a drain valve located in the front. Water is stored inside the 3-gallon reservoir, so the unit requires no plumbing or connections for use. It measures 24 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 30 inches high and accommodates six full-size pans of food. It has a quick-release door, enabling it to open during operation, and is built with a heavy-duty construction for long-term use.

The Accutemp S64803D140 convection steamer has a power switch that turns it on and off. The timer has manual controls and can be set as long as 90 minutes, and the unit operates with four modes: fast cook, steam, low temperature, and hold. Indicator lights show when the unit is cooking, heating, or holding, and when the water gets low, a light and buzzer alert employees. For durability, this unit is made of stainless steel.
