To withstand high-volume use without corroding, rusting, or denting, the Alto-Shaam 20-20W Combimate® heated cabinet is made of long-lasting stainless steel. It's designed with one door through which operators can access an interior that accommodates (10) 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (40) 12-inch by 20-inch pans. Mounted on four heavy equipment legs, it's a stationary model that measures 32 11a"16 inches wide by 41 inches deep by 74 3a"4 inches high.

The Alto-Shaam 20-20W heated holding cabinet uses a Halo Heat® system that surrounds food gently to prevent burning or cold spots and extend holding times. Its digital touch controls are simple to operate and automatically sense temperature drops to lower recovery times. This unit can operate at temperatures between 60 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and it's equipped with a heat indicator light and on/off switch.
