The Antunes DFWT-100 countertop steamer is designed to cook pastas, breads, meats, seafood, poultry, and more. Plain tap water is converted into super-heated dry steam that contains little water vapor and removes guesswork by consistently creating steam. This steam fully permeates food on all sides to maintain the original colors, flavors, textures, and nutrients of the food, while enhancing both the flavor and visual elements of product. The unit is equipped with a self-contained water tank.

Steam is delivered to the food from all directions using the food warmer's open-compartment design. Its capacity holds two-third size pans, and its steam pulse is fully adjustable. The stainless steel construction resists corrosion, facilitates operator maintenance and cleaning, and lengthens the overall lifespan of the equipment. The high-limit reset button gives users more control over the steamer's cool-down capabilities.
