The Antunes DFWT-150 countertop steamer converts plain water into super-heated dry steam that cooks pastas, breads, meats, and more by fully permeating product on all sides. This maintains the food's original textures, flavors, colors, and nutrients while enhancing presentation and flavor. The steamer creates consistent steam to produce a uniform finish. Its digital controller can be used to program a 0- to 99-minute timed cycle, which is optimal for more complex items.

Steam is delivered from all sides in the Antunes DFWT-150 deluxe steam food cooker's open compartment. The rust-resistant, stainless steel construction has a two-third size pan capacity, a self-contained water tank, and protects against dents and dings. Operators can adjust the pulse of steam and they can cool the steamer by pressing the high-limit reset button, giving users more temperature control. Unwanted flavor transfer from one food product to another is eliminated because the cavity is continuously vented and drained of condensate.
