The Antunes WD-21A-9400110 bun warmer drawer can keep 40 to 50 hot dog buns at warm serving temperatures, while the internal heat can be adjusted with a control knob on the front of the unit. It includes a water pan to ensure buns stay moist. With a 45- to 60-min. holding time for unwrapped products and 2- to 3-hour holding time for buns still in their original packaging, it works well even in slower operations. This model is designed to be stacked with the Antunes HDC-21A or HDC-30A hot dog roller grill, keeping hot dogs and buns in the same area.
