Ceramic infrared heating elements release heat from the top, while base bottom heat reinforces uniform results. Operators can adjust top and bottom heat individually with the left-mounted controls to ensure various displayed items are held at safe serving temperatures. Both slanted shelves slide products forward as an item is retrieved to create a convenient self-service system, and they're illuminated to capture customer attention and boost impulse purchases.

The BKI 2TSM-2624L countertop warmer's pass-thru configuration lets employees load fresh products onto the shelves without disrupting shopping customers. Designed to fit on countertops in cafes, restaurants, delis, and supermarkets, it measures 26 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 29.75 inches high.
