The Continental Refrigeration DL1W single-section reach-in warmer has one full-height door, which is made of stainless steel to resists corrosion and denting through frequent use. Accommodating 19 tray slides, the unit has an internal capacity of 21 cubic feet. So interior products are visible, the unit is outfitted with lights.
So users can customize the amount of heat provided, the Continental Refrigeration DL1W warming cabinet can be adjusted to a temperature level between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit's external digital display shows this temperature, and if this level changes, the warmer sounds an alarm to let nearby staff know.
