Measuring 26 inches wide by 38³/₄ inches deep by 83¹/₄ inches high, the Continental DL1W-SS-PT full-height insulated heated cabinet is constructed of durable stainless steel. With an interior capacity of 21 cubic feet, this unit holds three steel shelves that are adjustable using the pilaster strips, and the internal LED lighting provides a clear view of stored products for quick selection. The two solid doors enable a pass-thru design, which supports placement in the middle of kitchen setups; these doors feature self-closing hinges and Santoprene® magnetic gaskets to reduce temperature recovery times.

The Continental DL1W-SS-PT heated cabinet is insulated with polyurethane foam and features strip heaters for optimal temperature retention. Operators can set the holding temperature between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit using the digital controller, which is programmed with a high/low alarm. The self-contained heating system streamlines installation, while the circulating fan and unique airflow distribution ducts promote even air movement throughout the cabinet.
