Constructed of stainless steel and aluminum, the Continental DL1WE-SA-HD full-height insulated heated cabinet extends the unit's service life and retains heat for consistent performance. Designed with two solid doors that self-close when left open, the unit's Santoprene® magnetic gaskets create an airtight seal, while the built-in cylinder locks reduce product tampering. The three interior shelves accommodate various product sizes because they're adjustable on the heavy-duty pilaster strips. This unit measures 28¹/₂ inches wide by 35³/₈ inches deep by 83¹/₄ inches high, and its 6-inch legs are adjustable for balance as needed.

The Continental DL1WE-SA-HD heated cabinet is insulated with polyurethane, which is foamed between the metal paneling, ensuring food safety by maintaining a constant temperature. With its self-contained heating system, this unit simplifies the installation process and can be set between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. These temperature levels are managed with the digital controller, and the current holding temperature is visible on the external display for monitoring. For improved efficiency and reliability, this unit produces heat with the strip heaters located in the interior's base.
