The Continental DL2W-SA-HD full-height heated cabinet's 50-cubic foot space holds six shelves per section (included). They come with pilaster strips to organize the cabinet's interior space optimally. Once the unit is packed with items, its 3-inch polyurethane insulation helps maintain consistent temperatures. The unit's exterior is made of stainless steel, and the interior is made of aluminum for durability. Users can clean around and underneath the body with ease because it's elevated off four 6-inch stainless steel legs. For an airtight seal, the unit's four half-height doors feature Santoprene® snap-in door gaskets.

This Continental DL2W-SA-HD heated cabinet's heating system is top mounted. For simple operation, it has an electronic control with an adjustable range between 90 and 180 degrees. Because it has a digital display, operating conditions stay simple to monitor. For even air circulation, the unit is equipped with a circulation fan, airflow distribution ducts, and bottom-mounted strip heaters.
