The Continental DL2WE-HD full-height heated cabinet is a two-section unit featuring six chrome-plated steel shelves. Providing additional support, the shelves come with heavy-duty pilaster strips. Once the interior is stored with product, the unit's 3-inch polyurethane insulation helps contain heat for to ensure consistent temperatures. The front is made of durable stainless steel, while the end panels and interior have an aluminum construction to help extend its lifespan. For a level design that helps ensure the four half-height doors close to a complete seal, it sits on four adjustable stainless steel legs.

The heating system of the Continental DL2WE-HD full-height insulated cabinet is top mounted to ease service and maintenance, and the plenum plug system includes a circulating fan, promoting equal air distribution. For improved temperature recovery, the unit also features stainless steel strip heaters and airflow distribution ducts. The electronic controller, which has an adjustable range from 90 to 180 degrees, enables convenient temperature management. The high/low alarm indicates when the pre-set temperature range has been bypassed.
