A valuable addition to hot food storage, the Continental DL2WE-SA-PT-HD heating cabinet measures 57 inches wide by 38³/₄ inches deep by 83¹/₄ inches high and offers 52 cubic feet of interior space. The two-section cabinet has an extra-wide, pass-thru design that enables both front- and back-of-house staff to load and unload food items simultaneously. With three shelves per section, this unit offers staff a total of six chrome-plated steel shelves with pilaster strips available to adjust the shelf height. The interior is made of aluminum, and the exterior is constructed of stainless steel.

To keep integral mechanisms away from floor debris, the Continental DL2WE-SA-PT-HD heating cabinet's warming system is mounted to the top of the cabinet. The shelves are illuminated with interior lights that operate automatically to provide a clear view of stored items. The cabinet can be accessed from both sides through the eight half-height, solid, hinged doors, which have a self-closing design to keep hot air from escaping from the cabinet. To provide an airtight closure, each door is fitted with a Santoprene® magnetic snap-in door gasket. To protect against theft and tampering, each door is fitted with a cylinder lock.
