Designed to maintain set conditions during heavy use, the Continental DL2WE-SS warmer has 3 inches of polyurethane insulation between the metal paneling. With a circulating fan and stainless steel strip heaters, this unit maintains a temperature holding range between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The interior is accessed via the four half-height, solid, hinged doors that self-close to contain hot air. Each door has a Santoprene® magnetic door gasket to provide an airtight seal.

The Continental DL2WESS-HD heated cabinet has an extra-wide, reach-in design, and offers staff six adjustable, chrome-plated steel shelves for storing hot food items. The interior and exterior are made of stainless steel to provide durability and resistance to corrosion. To ensure quick item retrieval, the interior is fitted with lights that operate automatically. This unit sits atop four adjustable stainless steel legs to provide stability, and the self-contained heating system is mounted to the top of the unit, keeping important components from floor debris.
