The Continental DL2WI-E full-height heated cabinet is from the Designer Line series, a line of heavy-duty kitchen equipment made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Its steel rack guides, ramps, and floor are removable, and it fits two 72-inch-high racks. The cabinet's 3-inch polyurethane insulation works to keep internal cabinet temperatures consistent. To secure items inside the cabinet's 68-cubic-foot space, the unit features two full-height locking doors with cam-action, lift-off hinges, snap-in door gaskets, cylinder locks, and workflow handles.

The Continental DL2WI-E heated cabinet's heating system is top mounted for simple access and maintenance and to shield it from debris accumulation. The plug heating system allows it to be removed or installed on the job site as needed. Featuring an electronic controller with display, this unit has an adjustable range from 90 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The high/low alarm will indicate when safe temperature ranges are bypassed.
