Designed to store hot food product on two 66¹/₄-inch-high food racks, the Continental DL2WI-SS heated cabinet is a valuable addition to pizzerias, bakeries, or locations that need to stock a hot buffet station. Overall, the cabinet is constructed of stainless steel, with removable rack guides, ramps, and floor. The interior is separated into two sections and offers a total capacity of 64 cubic feet. This is a roll-in unit, enabling staff to roll food racks in and out of the cabinet from one side. Each section is access through a solid, hinged door that self-closes to help retain hot air during use.

The two hinged doors of the Continental DL2WI-SS warmer are equipped with Santoprene® magnetic snap-in door gaskets, which provide an airtight closure to help preserve interior conditions. Using the electronic controller and digital display located on the top-left side of the unit's front, staff can program temperatures between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. To closely monitor user-set conditions, this unit has a high/low alarm that will alert staff to unexpected temperature changes.
