The Continental DL3WE-SA full-height insulated mobile heated cabinet measures 85¹/₂ inches wide by 35³/₈ inches deep by 83¹/₄ inches high and is positioned on six adjustable legs, which facilitate stabilization. Designed with a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior for durability, the front of the unit features three solid, self-closing doors that come with chrome handles, Santoprene® magnetic gaskets, and cylinder locks. For versatile holding, the nine interior shelves are adjustable using the heavy-duty pilaster strips, and the automatic lighting illuminates stored items.

The Continental DL3WE-SA heated cabinet's self-contained heating system is top mounted to increase the cabinet's interior capacity, and it contains a circulating fan for even air distribution. Equipped with digital controls, operators can set the holding temperature between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, which is sustained with the stainless steel strip heaters and polyurethane foam insulation. To ensure the holding temperature remains consistent, the digital display provides a current temperature readout, and the high/low alarm sounds if temperature fluctuations occur.
