Despite measuring 25 inches wide by 33 inches deep by 73¹/₂ inches high, users can transport this full-size unit from a kitchen to serving area with ease by steering it with the recessed side handles. Its 5-inch swivel casters can round corners and reverse, while its two braked casters secure the unit in place during use. To endure impacts from collisions, this stainless steel unit includes a rigid internal frame and an extended base that protects the cabinet's body.

This Cres Cor H-138-NS-CC3MC5Q stainless steel merchandising heated cabinet's top-mounted heater produces and maintains temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit to warm prepared items for serving, and its two blowers disperse heat throughout the cabinet to minimize cold spots. Temperatures can be adjusted quickly with the electronic temperature control, and the digital temperature display provides an accurate readout so operators can ensure prepared meals are held safely. To preserve temperatures if the unit must be stored in a cool environments, the sides, doors, top, and base are insulated with fiberglass. Inside the coved interior, four adjustable gravity-fed wire shelves and nine sets of angles can be adjusted on 1¹/₂-inch centers, and as many as (12) 18-inch by 26-inch pans can be stored on the angles.
