Ideal for holding moist, prepared dishes at warm serving temperatures, the Cres Cor H-138-PWS-1834D insulated pass-thru heated cabinet uses its top-mounted heater to produce temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while its AquaTemp® humidity system can generate as much as 95 percent humidity. Each system has an individual solid-state digital display control, and a digital thermometer provides an accurate readout of the cabinet's internal temperature. A 4-gallon heated stainless steel water pan produces the moisture required to reach programmed humidity, and an integral drip trough on the unit's front collects leaks to ensure the area in front of the unit remains dry. When the pan's water levels drop, a low-water LED indicator notifies the operator, and its heater will shut off automatically when water reaches a critically low level. To preserve set temperatures and humidity, the cabinet's sides, doors, top, and base are insulated with fiberglass.

The Cres Cor H-138-PWS-1834D mobile hot cabinet's pass-thru design can be used to connect a prep area to a serving station. Users can access a specific cabinet section by opening one front or rear Dutch door, reducing heat loss. All doors open easily with their ceramic, antimicrobial magnetic latches, while their twist-lock catches and silicone door gaskets ensure they're closed securely. Each door is field reversible to accommodate various kitchen requirements. Built to endure transport and repeated pan loading and removal, this stainless steel unit includes a rigid internal frame and a reinforced internal base, and it's furnished with 5-inch swivel casters that can reverse, round corners, and secure the unit in place with brakes. Inside the cabinet, coved corners help reduce food particle and grease buildup because they're simple to wipe clean. As many as (32) 18-inch by 26-inch pans can be stored on the channel pan slides, which are adjustable on 1¹/₂-inch centers.
