Ideal for low-volume catering services, the Cres Cor H-339-SS-UA-8C insulated hot cabinet's eight sets of chrome-plated wire universal angles accommodate eight variously sized pans and can be adjusted on 1¹/₂-inch centers. This half-size stainless steel cabinet measures 28¹/₁₆ inches wide by 32¹/₄ inches deep by 36¹¹/₁₆ inches high and is furnished with four 5-inch swivel castersa'¬a€two of which include stabilizing brakes. The extended base and internal frame add structural rigidity and withstand impact, while the field-reversible door's twist-lock ensures the door remains closed as the unit is transported.

This Cres Cor H-339-SS-UA-8C half-height hot cabinet's three inner-wall heaters produce and maintain temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and the pan stops built into the inside of the door and the back of the cabinet improve airflow. Its top, door, base, and walls are insulated with fiberglass to retain heat when the door is opened or when the unit is stored in cool ambient environments. Operators can modify temperatures to accommodate different holding needs with the solid-state thermostat; its analog thermometer provides an accurate temperature reading so users can monitor heating.
