It plugs into a standard 120-volt wall receptable, so it can be used in most kitchens. Its heating element recovers after temperature changes to keep pace with back-to-back brewing, and with its 1.9-liter capacity, it brews 4.2 gallons of coffee per hour, or 12 cups per brew. Lighted rocker switches built onto the front of the unit display its operational status and can be turned on and off.

For high-volume applications, the Curtis CAFE3DB10A000 manual-fill coffee brewer has three warmers€”two built into the lower section and one built into the upper section€”to ensure brewed coffee stays warm prior to serving. To withstand high-volume use, it's made of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance, and it's coated with black vinyl to match other pieces of countertop equipment. Overall, this unit measures 16 inches wide by 17.88 inches deep by 17.63 inches high and includes a plastic brew basket.
