An ideal complement to the Gold Medal 8551-00-000 Hot Diggity® hot dog roller grill, the Gold Medal 8561-00-000 heated bun cabinet functions as a storage area and heater for the accompanying hot dog buns. Saving valuable space in compact areas, such as concession stands, the grill can be stacked on top of it. To accommodate high-volume operation, this cabinet can store as many as 48 unbagged buns at once.
The Gold Medal 8561-00-000 heated bun compartment has an on/off switch to let operators know at a glance if it is in use. Enabling users to quickly grab a bun without letting heat escape, the convenient pull-drawer facilitates quick and thorough cleanup.
