Groen HY-3E HyperSteam™ (3) Pan Convection Steamer - Countertop, 208v/3ph
The Groen HY-3E electric countertop steamer is a HyperSteam™ convection steamer. The countertop unit has a compact size perfect for stacking. The steamer compartment is suitable for three pans that measure 12-inches by 20-inches by 21/2-inches deep. There is ample space between pans for better air circulation and even cooking. The pan support racks are polished stainless steel and removable for easy cleaning.
The pressureless unit has an electric-heated, rear-mounted steam generator to provide atmospheric steam to the chamber at a temperature of approximately 212 degrees Fahrenheit. The steam generator has an electric water sensor. Groen HY-3E electric steamer has a powerful internal blower that increases steam velocity, which results in faster cook times. The unit has a drain port that resists lime and scale buildup located on the outside of the steamer for convenience.
