The Hatco FSCDH-2PD countertop heated display case is brightened with cabinet lights to enhance the display of stored product. Its 29²³/₂₅-inch-wide by 15¹/₂-inch-deep upper shelf is perforated to promote air circulation for even heating, and to ensure foods stay warm, its Swanstone® simulated stone bottom shelf is heated. The front and sides are tempered glass for visibility, while a sign can be placed in the included holder to indicate what's being offered.

With the unit's digital controls, users of the Hatco FSCDH-2PD full-service display case can adjust the humidity levels and temperature from 140 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The front glass is curved to facilitate cleaning, while the rear glass doors slide open to streamline cabinet loading and product retrieval. This unit operates with humidity so foods can be held for long periods of time without losing their moisture.
