The Hatco FSD-1X Flav-R-Savor® holding and display cabinet keeps products warm while displaying items to attract customers. Tempered glass side panels and door help retain heat and provide product visibility. Fluorescent lighting inside the cabinet adds an appealing look to products while ensuring they are readily visible. Its field reversible door accommodates pizza pans that measure as big as 19 inches diameter to fit inside the cabinet. Its three-tier pan rack is ideal for displaying fried foods, pizza, baked goods, and a wide range of other heated products. Items are evenly heated inside the case and can be held for as many as four hours.

The Hatco FSD-1X Flav-R-Savor holding and display cabinet maintains humid conditions with its ³/₄-gallon water reservoir, which is made of stainless steel that resists corrosion and aids in cleaning. Low-water protection alerts staff and prevents heating element burnout when the water level is too low. Water can be added through the front-mounted water cup and drained with the internal drain tube.
