Suited to hold pizza, fried foods, and pastries, the Hatco FSDT-1 Flav-R-Savor® holding and display cabinet has a clear door with a four-tier motorized circle rack for effective food promotion in cafeterias, gas stations, and schools. Energy-efficient LED lights are implemented in the case to bring more attention to the foods, while the field-reversible doors accept a 19-inch-diameter pizza pan to support a variety of food sizes.

The Hatco FSDT-1 commercial holding and display cabinet maintains ready-to-serve temperatures by incorporating a combination of heat and humidity. A ³/₄-gallon stainless steel water reservoir stores the water for moisture buildup, while the tempered glass door and side panels retain heat. The water reservoir can be refilled in its front-mounted water cup, and its interior drain tube's accessible design also simplifies draining and cleaning. If water levels drop or heating elements fizzle out, a low-water protection system will alert the operator, and overall, the 22²¹/₅₀-inch-wide by 24¹¹/₁₀₀-inch-deep by 27²⁷/₅₀-inch-high unit can keep foods warm for as many as four hours.
