Sized for countertop use, the Hatco GR2BW-48 buffet warmer measures 54¹/₄ inches wide by 27 inches deep by 22 inches high. It accommodates three 12³/₄-inch by 20³/₄-inch pans and has a pass-thru design to enable access from either side. For commercial use, it includes stylish designer panels and corner caps as well as a durable, corrosion-resistant hard-coated aluminum construction. Equipped with sneeze guards, it protects food from airborne particles.

The Hatco GR2BW-48 countertop buffet warmer's infrared top heat is designed to focus heat on the outer edges where temperature loss is most common. The base is thermostatically controlled and can be adjusted from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. To illuminate the display, the unit includes four incandescent lights, which are shatter resistant to reduce the risk of injury and product contamination.
