By releasing heat from its top and base, the Hatco GR2BW-72 buffet warmer ensures prepared foods are warmed evenly before serving. Prefocused infrared top heat directs elevated temperatures toward the shelf's outer edges, where most heat loss occurs. To accommodate specific holding temperatures, operators can adjust the hard-coated heated base between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit with the thermostat, and this station can warm five 12³/₄-inch-wide by 20³/₄-inch-deep full-size food pans for short periods of time.

This Hatco GR2BW-72 buffet-style warmer measures 78¹/₄ inches wide by 27 inches deep by 22 inches high for countertop placement, while its pass-thru design connects a kitchen and serving area to streamline pan loading and removal. Its clear anodized aluminum construction and black Designer inset panels and corner caps exude a neutral appearance that matches an array of settings, from event venues to buffets. To enhance presentation, top-mounted incandescent lights illuminate the heated base, and their shatterproof design protects displayed foods from bulb breakage and contamination. Two clear plexiglass sneeze guards shield displayed contents from airborne contaminants without obstructing visibility.
