The Hatco GR2S-24 Glo-Ray® countertop warming shelf is a great choice for short-term food holding in a pass-thru window. With a warming top that measures 23³/₄ inches wide by 21³/₄ inches deep, this station is large enough to accommodate one full-size pan. The edges' plated finish and the dark color of the hardcoat aluminum top blend in with almost any existing equipment and theme. Because of its modern countertop design, this warmer is also ideal for front-of-the-house use.

This shelf has a blanket-type foil element that provides even heat across the entire warming surface, while the hardcoat aluminum conducts and holds heat at the surface. The Hatco GR2S-24 warming shelf gives the operator control over its temperature with an adjustable thermostat; its range is 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a 6-foot-long power cord that ensures the warming station can be placed where it's needed.
