The Hatco GRA-48 Glo-Ray® infrared foodwarmer is perfect for holding food at warm serving temperatures without drying it out or continuing to cook it. It uses a pre-focused heat pattern to cover the entirety of the holding area, and the blacken-resistant reflector enables the pattern to evenly distribute heat and eliminate cold spots. Aluminum housing is durable to keep it from sagging, and its insulated construction lowers the loss of heat. A toggle switch activates the heating element, and the Hatco GRA-48 Glo-Ray infrared strip heater has wire guards under the element to protect staff from burns.
