The Hatco GRA-60 Glo-Ray® infrared foodwarmer uses a pre-focused heating pattern to warm the entire holding surface. Heat is evenly distributed onto the food with a non-blackening reflector. Infrared heat keeps the food at warm and safe temperatures, and it does not eliminate moisture or continue the cooking process. Its aluminum housing has strength to prevent sagging. Its insulated design greatly reduces heat loss, and wire guards below the heating element keep employees safe from burns. The Hatco GRA-60 Glo-Ray infrared strip heater provides user-friendly installation with pre-assembled mounting tabs made of durable stainless steel.
