The Hatco AH42120TCCS Glo-Ray® infrared foodwarmer maintains safe serving temperatures without cooking or drying the food. Its pre-focused heating pattern covers the entire holding surface and prevents cold spots. The reflector will not blacken, so the heat pattern stays even and consistent across the entire surface. The user can turn the unit on and off with a convenient toggle switch, and heat is kept inside with insulation. Made of aluminum, the housing will not sag. Four stainless steel mounting tabs assist users in installing the Hatco AH42120TCCS Glo-Ray infrared foodwarmer.
