For low-volume holding, this Hatco GRBW-24 Glo-Ray® buffet warmer measures 25 inches wide by 22¹/₂ inches deep by 17³/₄ inches high and accommodates one 12³/₄-inch by 20³/₄-inch full-size food pan on its heated base. Its base can be adjusted from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit with the correlating thermostat, while a top-mounted metal-sheathed heating element guides heat toward the base's outer edges, which is where most heat escapes the unit's open design.

This open Hatco GRBW-24 buffet warmer creates a seamless self-service station, so it's a great supplemental station for temporary serving areas or buffet lines. Shatter-resistant incandescent lights mounted above the heated base illuminate displayed foods, while two plexiglass sneeze guards protect dishes from airborne contaminates without interfering with customers retrieving their purchase.
