For placement on a countertop, the Hatco GRBW-72 buffet warmer is furnished with 4-inch legs that enable cleaning beneath it. It measures 73 inches wide by 22¹/₂ inches deep by 20³/₄ inches high overall and accommodates five 12³/₄-inch by 20³/₄-inch pans. To enhance the product display in medical facilities, buffet-style restaurants, and hotel lobbies, it's furnished with incandescent lighting. Its light bulbs are coated and shatter resistant to prevent breakage and potential injury.

The Hatco GRBW-72 buffet warmer features a heated, thermostatically controlled base that can be set to temperatures between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate various holding needs. It's also equipped with prefocused infrared top heat to prevent hot or cold spots and minimize temperature loss around the unit's outermost edges. To offer a view of available food while protecting it from contaminating particles, it's built with plexiglass sneeze guards.
