For maximum visibility, the Hatco GRCDH-1P countertop heated display case is built with a tempered glass front and side panels. To brighten the cabinet, it has incandescent lighting, and the two bulbs are shatter resistant to reduce the risk of injury and food contamination. This case's relative humidity level can be adjusted within a range of 10 to 30 percent. Operators can utilize thermostatic controls to adjust the base's temperature from 100 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit as needed.

The Hatco GRCDH-1P full-service heated display case directs heat to the outer edges using infrared heating elements positioned at the cabinet's top. This helps prevent heat loss, ensuring food is evenly warmed without hot or cold spots. Designed to fit on a countertop, this unit measures 20⁵/₈ inches wide by 26 inches deep by 24 inches high, and its equipped with 4-inch adjustable legs for stability.
