Overall, the Hatco GRCDH-2P countertop heated display case measures 32¹/₂ inches wide by 26 inches deep by 24 inches high with a usable shelf space of 30 inches wide by 21 inches deep. The base is heated to warm foods from the bottom and can be adjusted within the range of 100 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. At the cabinet's top, infrared heating elements cast heat toward the outer edges of the shelf to prevent heat loss. To ensure moist food remains tasty and fresh, the unit's humidity range is adjustable from 10 to 30 percent.

The Hatco GRCDH-2P full-service heated display case is intended for countertop use in a convenience store, bakery, or coffee shop to showcase fresh offerings and increase last-minute purchases. When positioned on an uneven surface, the unit's 4-inch legs can be adjusted to prevent rocking and wobbling.
