By using pre-focused top heaters and thermostatically controlled shelf bases, the Hatco GRHD-2PD Glo-Ray® heated display case creates a long-term holding environment for prepared foods. Both heated shelves have individual thermostatic controls that can be adjusted from 100 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and upper infrared heating elements direct heat toward the shelves' outer edges, which is where most heat is lost. To prevent countertop damage and minimize heat loss, the unit's base remains cool while the unit is heating. The upper shelf measures 28 inches wide by 16⁹/₅₀ inches deep, while the 28-inch-wide by 21¹/₂-inch-deep lower shelf accommodates two full-size food pans.

This Hatco GRHD-2PD display case measures 32¹/₂ inches wide by 26 inches deep by 30³/₂₅ inches high€”ideal for countertop displays in convenience stores, delis, or cafeterias. To prevent rocking or wobbling as items are removed or inserted, its 4-inch legs can be adjusted on uneven surfaces. Its corrosion-resistant stainless steel and aluminum construction is simple to wipe clean, while its neutral color fits in with common business decors. Its transparent tempered glass side panels and incandescent interior lighting provide a full view of the cabinet to grab customers' attention.
